Mobile Access in Three Quick Steps
Open your browser and type the site address, or tap the bookmark you already saved. The page reads your screen width and stacks the lobby into a single column, so you should see the wallet row and the game tiles without zooming. Next, check that your browser is current - an old build is the usual reason a page looks broken on
a cheap handset. Sign in with your username and password, then approve the one-time code that lands on your phone. Add the page to your home screen so the next visit is one tap. Nothing gets downloaded.
- Open the current site — Use the address you were given or the bookmark you saved earlier. Avoid typing it from memory; one wrong letter can land you on a copycat page that has nothing to do with us.
- Check your browser — Update Chrome, Firefox or Safari before you sign in. If the lobby looks stretched or the buttons overlap, the browser build is usually the cause, not your account.
- Sign in and confirm the code — Enter your username and password, then key in the one-time code sent to your phone. Never share that code with anyone, including someone claiming to be from our support desk.
- Keep it on the home screen — Add the page as a shortcut so each visit opens straight at the sign-in screen. The layout remembers your screen size, so there is no re-zooming on the second visit.
